Golden Globes 2006 Nominierungen

Die Hollywood Foreign Press Association hat heute die Nominierungen für die 63. Golden Globe Awards bekannt gegeben – und damit den Startschuss für ein interesssantes Kopf-an-Kopf-Rennen abgefeuert:

Die Erfolgsserie Desperate Housewives schickt in der Kategorie "Best Perfornance by an Actress in a Television Series" gleich ihre vier Hauptdarstellerinnen Marcia Cross, Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria und Felicity Huffman ins Rennen. Letztere ist zudem als beste Filmdarstellerin für ihre kontroverse Rolle in TransAmerica nominiert.

Ebenfalls gut dabei ist JJ Abrams Lost mit Nominierungen für die beste Serie, den besten Nebendarsteller (Naveen Andrews) und den besten Hauptdarsteller (Matthew Fox). Sarah Jessica Parker hat ihre Rolle in The Family Stone eine Nominierung eingebracht und ihre SATC Kollegin Cynthia Nixon wurde für ihre Performance in dem Kurzfilm "Warm Springs" nominiert. Michelle Williams ( Dawsons Creek ) darf sich über eine Nominierung als beste Nebendarstellerin für "Brokeback Mountain" freuen.
