1. Have you always wanted to become an actress or did you also have other careers in mind?

I always wanted to be a professional actor, but I also wanted to pitch for the New York Yankees.

2. How did you get started in acting?

Was in an off off off broadway production of "Medea" at the age of 7.

3. You have one of the recurring parts on "The Big C". What is it like to work with an actress like Laura Linney?

Laura Linney is an amazing actor and a consummate pro. An absolute pleasure to work with.

4. Can you tell us something about the character you play in "The Big C"?

Tina is completely uninhibited, she doesn't want to let go of her high school days.

5. Cathy (Laura Linney) has a very special way to cope with her cancer diagnosis. Is it in your opinion a worthwhile way to do so?

I think whatever gets you there is the right way for you. No one knows how they would handle a situation like that until they were in it.

6. You have a web series called "Caught Off Base with Nadia". Can you tell us a little bit about it?

I created the show because it's a show I would want to watch. As a baseball fan I grow tired of the same, pat responses day in and day out. It's a fun way to see some of your favorite players being more loose and goofing around.

7. Are you yourself a huge fan of baseball?

I am a massive, huge dork. So YES.

8. What kinds of scripts are you interested in? How does a script have to be like to appeal to you and make you want to immediately work with it?

Even though I work in all kinds of genres, if I read something that makes me laugh I know I immediately want to be a part of it.

9. What show was most fun to work on?

There are three: "Sex and the City", "Curb Your Enthusiasm", and "The Big C".

10. Out of all the characters you have played in movies and TV shows which one was your favorite and why? Has there been one that you related to in some way?

Honestly, I really, really love playing Tina on "The Big C". And I think I love playing her because we are NOTHING alike. I've never done drugs, I don't swear, I'm super old fashioned when it comes to dating. Playing Tina, while feeling uncomfortable at times, was very enlightening for me.

11. What is your favorite thing about being an actress and what don't you like at all?

I love being on a set when there's a real spirit of playfulness and everyone is happy to be there, I'm never bothered to work 15 hour days if I can keep laughing with the cast and crew. I don't really like the business part of show business. Often it can make one feel shut out and unwelcome and those times can be very painful.

12. Since myFanbase is an online magazine about TV series, do you have a favorite show?

Hands down: "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and the "Carol Burnett Show", I never missed an episode of either. And the British "The Office" is the best modern television series for my money.
